Hi,

I had this problem one year ago. That time the problem was resolved by disassembling the vibrator (and the small panel next to it) and re-assembling it again. The problem was that when I switch the vibration switch I don't get the vibration icon (can't switch to vibration mode).
A week ago I've got a slightly different problem, when I switch the vibration switch, I get the vibration icon but the phone does not vibrate (It behaves like full silent mode). I've changed the vibrator but that didn't fix the problem.
Any help would be appreciated 🙂

Thanks

Have you tried troubleshooting thru software first (you know, restoring without it being from back-up)?

After that, consider it a hardware failure.

Is vibrate off in sound settings?
