Made some more changes. I think I'm out of ideas now.

OK this is it. This is the final piece. Looks much cleaner now. Weaved the horizontal bars in/out depending on which vertical bar was in place. Made the width of the vertical bars equal so it looks much more symmetrical now.

I tried to make something similar to that. I'm a photoshop noob. Never used it before but wanted to try it out. Here's my work:

NOTE: This is far from perfect. The vertical strips aren't even equal in width as I couldn't figure out how to do that in photoshop yet. Maybe ill do it later when i get time.

I know the orange bar at the top doesn't look so great, might change that later.

I think it looks pretty good. A lot better than I could pull off! I use vertical stripes for my wallpaper 99% of the time. I'm still looking for one without the pink/purple colors (not that there's anything wrong with that).

Keep up the good work. Hope to see more wallpapers of this type surface.

Wow, so Macrumors does not like the proper u in Nurburgring, lol. As for the track, I love that place. Been there a few times, driven on it once. Absolute blast.

It's quite good. Don't remember if the poster was like that or you made it look like the black and blue merged, although it is a bit blurry. I guess i'll have to wait until they release one with a better resolution.
