That is actually not a "wallpaper" it is a themed battery meter that show the current charging status of your phone. It "replaces" the green battery .. the catch, it requires a jailbroken iphone.

Now, if you just want that static picture as a wallpaper, you would need only to cut the clock and slide to lock and replace with solid black boxes .... or cut and just center it as it.

There is no such wallpaper you are looking for. It's a battery theme that is part of commercial theme called Dezire. As such, it does not have the dimensions of a wallpaper. Also note that the image you posted has a battery level of 75%. If none of that bothers you, you can try the edited and expanded image I made below.

And just for posterity: I do not own the Dezire theme, nor did I use it to make the above. I just cropped the image that was posted and added the top and bottom portions. My suggestion would be you purchase the theme if you like it so much (I personally find the battery theme hideous)

I know it's a battery theme, however, I am very certain that the BatteryBG pngs do not include the background wallpaper image. I apologize if I am wrong, and would love to be proven so

Have a couple of requests for 4S:
1) Can I have the dock layout from the 2nd wallpaper into the 1st one, with the thread color as white on the top stitching?
2) A similar of the above with dock layout from 2nd on Black Leather with White stitching?
