Honestly I'm not 100% sure. However the design is from the show "Firefly". It's on the ship "Serenity" so I'm assuming that's what it says! Also, they speak Mandarin on the show sometimes, so I'm guessing it's Chinese.

Thanks for your assistance. By White Thread Stitching, I was referring to the thread stitching on top notification bar.

Also, is it possible to have the dock layout added by you in the same color as of the top notification bar?
