Mad Men request!

Can someone with superior editing skills please help to remove all of the wording, under "Mad Men" in the first image (delete the accolades, as well as the programming info and channel graphic to create a cleaner look). I'm a big fan of the show and think this would make an excellent lock or home screen with the slider or dock underneath the titling.

Also, if anyone has a high-res wall of the original Mad Men theme (second link with the show's signature 'cartoon' graphic of D. Draper sitting on a chair smoking), that would be fantastic! Any old style walls of the big would be appreciated as well!
