I just discovered how to create and record "actions" in Photoshop... holy COW that makes doing these a lot easier!

It copies the images to your desktop then resizes them to iPhone 4 size (960x640). I'm not sure if it changes the original or the ones on the desktop, but it doesn't matter as it made a copy for you
