They want me to send the iPhone to the techies for some diagnostic work. They will send me a new phone but it will be like 1-2 weeks before I get it. I waited in line 9 hours for it and so I am not too keen on the idea. I'd rather go to the Apple Store I bought it from to trade out phones so it's a win win for everyone.

Honestly, it may not seem like a big deal but it's a brand new phone. If I was in a life or death situation (like out hiking or car breaks down late at night) I could've been royally screwed. I just want to trade out phones quickly and have them throw in a bumper. That's all I want considering I am having signal issues too.
 
I actually was at the Apple Store in Legacy Village (Cleveland, OH) on Saturday at the Genius Bar and a girl came up complaining of the same exact thing. She had at least 5 geniuses take a look at it in the 15 minutes I was around. Even if you turned the phone off as soon as it rebooted it would just start vibrating so to the OP don't feel too bad your not the only person that has had this happen...
