When they displayed them in Apple stores. And on TV. You wont find a single yellow tinted display on any display phone at an Apple store in the world. And the display phones are the epitome of representation of the final product.

Its a big deal OP. I've had yellow screened phones and gotten them replaced. I don't think people realize how dingy, unclear, and disgusting the yellow phones are.

Not talking about a clear screen with a slight warm tone.

I went through three iPHone 3's before I found that the phone screen display issue that i was seeing was caused by my polarized(or non Polarized) sunglasses...

I think I have had one the worst yellow tinted displays 5 times now. Heres a picture of what I mean

I finally got Applecare to ship me a brand new one in retail box. Home button broke. Went back to yellow tint. Back to brand new one, sleep.wake button was broken out of box.

They are sending me return labels for that broken new one and right when those are scanned tomorrow morning, they are shipping out another new one.

Mines not that bad, but not that far off, I should take a pic in a dark room like that, I think it will become more obvious

Well after talking to a genius, they were more than happy to swap it out.

However, they pulled a new phone out of a black box. The genius said "this looks okay to me" so I said sure, whatever.

It actually took 30 mintues to activate the phone, the geniuses said Verizon's network is tricky with this kind of stuff. I honestly do feel like the screen is the same as before, and all the display models in the store had the bright blue screen. I am going to keep this phone, because I honestly feel bad for my parents. I don't want them to have to make a drive all the way up to the Apple Store because my display is yellow, or make a genius open 20 boxes to satisfy my needs. It just isn't right, and I feel like with every product I get, I always look for problems, rather than just enjoy the phone. If you look for problems, you'll find problems. I have a fantastic phone, and I'm going to enjoy it. Cheers :apple:

This is not just a issue with iPhones. Check the imac forum as many screens have a yellow tint, and has been a problem for a few years. I have a slight yellow tint on my imac. Apple is having problems.
