Become a MacRumors Supporter for $50/year with no ads, ability to filter front page stories, and private forums.
Disable everything that does need the gps (like time zone for many) and disable notifications you don't need/want if you haven't already.

Then I would try rebooting it home + power for 10 seconds.

If that doesnt work then I'd reset all settings in the settings menu.

Finally if that doesn't work I would do a restore with a fresh copy of ios.
 
I know several people, including myself, who are also having issues with their battery life draining fast. I've been following this thread and like you, all of my settings have lined up so far and I haven't detected what could be draining it. Mine isn't as bad as others... my mom says her battery life drops significantly within a few hours timeframe, even when all she has done is sent a few text messages. I personally use my phone A LOT but it still seems like it's draining faster than it should. Hopefully someone has a suggestion that finally pinpoints what is going on. Sorry I don't have any useful information, I'm lost too.
 
Try turning off push in your mail especially if you have exchange. It keeps searching for new mail mine drains battery to zero overnight if exchange server is down)
