That Margaret lorden is right cow my iMac went on fire 6 months later b4 I got a new one of her . I had to ring three times a day before I got anywhere with her ? No after all this nobody in apple can deal with me only her for all my apple products iPod is broke today I ring apple they told me margaret lorden is away for 3 weeks leave voice mail for her and she will return call when she returns to the office ? That's great service from apple that's thanks you get 4 iMac going on fire
