The big question with the new antenna system:
Will Consumer Reports finally give a "thumbs up" to the iPhone 4S?

lol thats the best comment I've read about the 4s.. Apple is just milking us, iPhone 5 due in Jan then..
Wait, I thought there was no problem with the iPhone 4's antenna. How can Apple fix a problem they claimed didn't exist?

They only claimed it didn't exist significantly over other phones. Of course, there are always upgrades, so they'll obviously do something about complaints. Who wouldn't?
Agree Is Very Disappointment.Wow what a lackluster keynote:
1) No new nano. Not even a refresh or a minor redesign. Not even new colors. All they did was spend 12 months photoshoping new clock faces. Pathetic at best.
2) No 10th anniversary ipod classic. They missed a huge opportunity to capitalize on the 10th anniversary of the product that had a huge part in making Apple the juggernaut that it is today. I was envisioning a white ipod classic this year to commemorate the anniversary. NOTHING was done by Apple. Even if it wasn't extremely profitable, it would have been a great marketing strategy for the company as a whole.
3) No iphone 5. Don't really need to go into this.
4) No Steve Jobs! You are missed Steve. Mr. Cook is great, but we miss your energy. It's just not the same.

Scott F. is the only one I like, other than Jobs, at delivering Apple keynotes. You can tell he's not ********ting, he's excited about what's in the product he's releasing. Tim Cook and Phil Schiller are run-of-the-mill speakers. I hope Forstall takes over the helms at some point.
No one will ever replace Jobs, but they can at least give us someone that's not old and boring delivering keynotes.
This antenna switching technology will probably get Apple sued by some patent troll. Watch.
By the way, AAPL still dropping....
This may be wishful thinking, but does anyone think the dual antenna system will improve call reliability with AT&T, especially in NYC and harder hit areas?
God, I'm so mad right now.
you are having the wrong carrier, switch to Sprint![]()
This.Nope, latter half of next year when a LTE chip is ready.
Significant Antenna Upgrades my ass.
16 months for this?
God, I'm so mad right now.
I wonder if Nuance patented the hell out of Siri because that is some sick tech

Apple owns that company, so they own all the patents. I hope Microsoft has their own virtual AI Assistant already done & dusted, but just they didn't have time to integrate into WP7.
To be honest, Microsoft Anna does sound a bit better than the Siri voice.Like anyone wants Microsoft Sam
Hold up, so are you trying to imply that Team Android invented the idea of "releasing improved products?" What's the last 50 years of technology been? Divine intervention?
Nope, latter half of next year when a LTE chip is ready.
The delay for the 4S was all about iOS 5, Siri and iCloud. Had little to do with the update to the iphone hardware itself.
