Everyone talks about a notification light. I still don't think it's necessary.. but if one is added, I'd prefer it to be IN the home buttong, not around it. The white square that is currently there - make that illuminate.

Impressive? Taking a design that Apple spent millions on getting to the iPhone 4 state as we know it, and then copying it exactly, just making it a little thinner, wider, with a slightly larger screen? My 10 year old daughter could do that...Very impressive
If I were you, I would apply for a job at apple and attached these with your resume. I'm sure it would get noticed.
Your 10 year old daughter is definitely on her way to becoming the next Steve Jobs thenImpressive? Clearly not, but the fact that somebody could think those renders are "impressive" kinda' baffles me. Had he done that BEFORE they announced iPhone 4, then I'd have been impressed. As it stands, all it shows is a relatively poor understanding of how to use the 3D package of choice.Your 10 year old daughter is definitely on her way to becoming the next Steve Jobs then![]()

I guess some people are more easily pleased than others. I wouldn't mind, but the phone design itself is completely unoriginal, and worse, the actual rendering itself (regardless of content) is not that good either. So, what is there to be impressed by?Easy there fella. Obviously it's not some new revolutionary design he just came up with all on his own, but compared to the current iP5 designs out there this one takes the cake. If you came up with a rendering that looked good according to rumors out there I would say you did impressive work as well... but unfortunately you have not. Move along.
People are just quick to latch onto the design that most closely resembles what they've already got in their pocket.I guess some people are more easily pleased than others. My point is, this is a realistic design. No wishful thinking, no pointless features. Because sometimes completely radical changes and redesigns, can throw off your audience.
Nice job! You should have sent this into Apple 6 months ago before they started their prototypes.
You mean like the change from the 3g/s to the 4? From every view but looking directly at the front it's a complete, radical change. I think it did okay in terms of sales.
I would bet on the phone losing the band around the phone, and for 2 reasons. The controversy over the antenna and the ergonomics.
