You think iPhone 5 is big? LOL. It's tall, but still falls short in width.

Try having a HOX or S3 for a few weeks. You'll see how small 5 is.

Yup. The android superphones are way too clumsy to use one-handed. Never use your phone one-handed? That's what I thought until I used a supersized phone. It's completely awkward and you can't used to it if you're an iphone owner.

I predict a trend towards smaller android phones now. 4.3 inches, if done right, is the best compromise. It could be squeezed into the size of an iphone 5 in the future. Then that would be it.

The phone will take some time getting used to but it's still manageable.

I don't see Apple going bigger than this, especially if the rumored iPad mini materializes. Those who want a large screen for media consumption can go with the iPad mini that way the iPhone can stay small enough to use with one hand.

its more difficult to hit buttons that are at the top of an app but that's my only gripe with the new dimension of the screen. otherwise, it's so much better for viewing more emails at once. and in the calendar app i can see more than just one invite at a time in calendar view FINALLY! there are more upsides obviously.

I prefer my iPhone 5 compared to my old iPhone 4. I think that it is way more comfortable to hold since it is thinner (& lighter). It is not excessively long, it just feels right in the hand.

I got the iPhone 5 yesterday and once I added a case to protect the phone it seems so much bigger in my hand than the iPhone 4.

I think it's too big with the added length at the top and bottom. I can't imaging if they had also made it wider. Maybe I'll get used to it but it just seems BIG to me.

I only come here because I bought a iPhone 5 for my wife and I did a 1 week iPhone 5 challenge. Today I reactivated my 4.65 inch Nexus because the iPhone 5 is just not enough for me. And in a month I will be a Galaxy Note 2 owner at 5.5". Over the years you get use to the size. I went from 2.8" to 3.7" to 3.8" to 4.3" and to 4.65".
The iPhone is a great phone; for iPhone users. What are your options? A iPhone 4S? Get use to it.
