If iPhone had a hump I would have never purchased it. I've always thought the phones with humps were stupid....even before I bought an iPhone. I've never owned one with a hump and never will.

On another note, why is this even a thread?? This isn't news, we've known this phone was thinner since the iPhone 5 was launched.

Actually, I believe it is still thinnner.

Don't buy the new iPod touch then, b/c it's got hump. I'm willing to bet in the persuit of thinness the next iPhone will have it too.

Would you guys even want the iPhone to be the thinnest? Personally I think the 4/4S is just fine. Matter of fact I'd prefer the 5 to be the same as the 4/4S and give me several more hours of battery life.

I'm constantly battling battery life and I've never said "I wish my phone was thinner!".

For all intents and purposes ;) the iPhone 5 is the thinnest phone currently on the market that I'd like to own. So I went out and bought one.

I've always said that this phrase, when misused, still kind of makes sense. It's just a bit odd. :)

What's wrong with the hump? Does the phone have to be 100% flat? Why? This might be one reason why iPhone 5 camera has its weird purple flare/tint - Apple decided to squeeze camera module into too tight space for lens to have proper parameters.

Agree..
Optic physic dictate the distance between the lens...the farther the lens the better the quality....
That's the reason an old nikon 2mp dslr is 100 times better than an iphone 5 8 mp camera.

There are no camera phone on the market that can even rival the point and shoot. Once the lighting is diminished... the camera phone is piece of crap..including the IP5.

That's the reason why ...all of the marketing pictures are in bright sunlight
