Just ordered my Black iPhone 5 32 GB through Apple Store App !!!
Although the website was not responding so I had my iPhone ready in hand just in case and purchased my device in seconds . I had a feeling this was going to happen
12:07 and Apple's web store via Safari is still down. So I picked up the iPhone and used the Apple Store app to place the order for a 32GB in black, on AT&T. Easy!
But how hard can it be for APple to get its browser-based store online to meet its own deadline?
FYI. It sucks but via the apple store app I couldn't change my shipping address. Probably should have picked the option to get it at the store. Ugh. Oh well.
The deployment of the updated store has problems, they can't get the website up and att can't go up until apple.com is up. Oops, I have a friend that is a sys admin working on it.
