I'm pretty sure the phone the screenshot for the screen image was taken from is jailbroken. There's a third widget in the notification center (looks like a 'Now Playing' widget).

You got me I was conducting an experiment to see if I could convince people that my renders were real iPhone 5 images, I know I failed, miserably. Anyways heres some of the renders without the blurrycam effects:
