I hung in there hoping it was just slow but it's 10:34 and there wasn't a single AT&T version to be found near me in Virginia.
Guess today was Verizon day.

Is it 10 pm local time? I thought I read that it was 10 pm west coast time.
That's a good question.
I believe its local cause west coast is 3 hours behind me and I was able to check availability still.
I wouldnt be able to do it 3 hours earlier.
It will be your local time. I just checked for 32gb Black Verizon and it's only available South of where I am at 10:05 when it changed.
Really, I've checked in store availability in the middle of the day before. I thinks it's just that they don't update the inventory until 10.

Im going to start at 9:30PM the next day and see how it goes all the way up till 10:30.

the "select an apple store" link is live now but it's not 10pm yet, although the link is up i hope they update the inventory at 10pm. can somebody confirm that?

I looked in NJ (my husband is there for work) thinking he could pick it up for me if somewhere had it. I couldn't find any in NJ or NYC. Looked up and down NJ. For a white 16gb Verizon one. Also looked in OH, IN, KY, FL (since we'll be there in a week for vacation, thought I may as well look there too). Nothing. This sucks.
It's 10pm LOCAL TIME. That's what apple says even.

At the screen when the phone is in your cart and then click "pick up" select an Apple store"
Or you keep hitting "locate" with your zip code every few seconds.
Just making sure Im not doing it wrong and wasting hours every night

that's not entirely true. at least not for california.
I just checked Saturday night and found a white 16B at the Grove. but it was gone by the time I hit the last checkout button.
I think they are very limited and are gone within a minute or so. you have to be very quick.

I did it from 9:58-10:02 for four nights. On the 4th night there were iphones in my small apple store. Good luck.
you have to go through the "Buy iphone" link/button and go through the process. basically you will have to enter ph# (if you are upgrading), last 4 of your social and 1 more info, forgot what it was. once you add it to the cart the link to "select an apple store" will be available right below the delivery, click on that and you can enter your zipcode and you can check for inventory.

I have been trying for 3 nights between 9:30PM and 10:30PM. No luck in OK. Are they even shipping any iPhones to their stores?!
