Guess I just don't understand all the frustration. I suppose the impatient folks who sold their only phones weeks ago might be in a bind. But that's a calculated risk they chose to take and have no reason to complain.

Isn't this a relatively under-promoted option? I feel like outside of our little community here, most "Joe Average" folks that would like to get a phone would just order one and wait?

How incredibly few units are they offering through this service that fanatics like us that sit like hawks at 9:59 every night waiting for one to pop up can't even get one?

it really depends, not every apple store get their shipments on Monday
