Is there any way to use the reservation system to exchange one model for another? I have an AT&T 16GB black that I'd like to exchange for a white model.
This is a long thread...digging through would take forever. Any suggestions?
You'll receive a "We Are Ready" e-mail, your time, around 7:15 an - 8:00 am tomorrow.
Usually they'll send it in the AM from what I've heard.
I have yet to see in-stock I am starting to wonder if these apple stores are even updating their databases.

Absolutely nothing for verizon here in the midwest....super frustrated.
I saw a bunch of AT&T models in Chicago for at least 10 minutes tonight and still in stock right now. You probably aren't looking for the right models. AT&T 32gb white and AT&T 64 GB black were definitely in stock in Chicago, but no AT&T 32 GB black anywhere.
This is my 4th night of doing this and I've only seen "in stock" twice. The first time, the store was located too far from me. and the second was last night, but I checked out too slowly and lost it.
I have my express checkout enabled now but couldn't find a single verizon phone(( very upset!
