When I first received my phone the top right and left corner was popped out. A couple days later I dropped and my whole screen came off. My question is can this fixed?

That's crazy! I've never seen the glass separated from the LCD like that before, it totally ripped off the entire glue.

As other mentioned, take it to Apple and explain what had happened and how many IP5c has loose screens. Do a Google search, you'll see the obscene amount of screens popping out.

You did nothing wrong, resurrecting an old thread is the right way to do it.

Update2:
Took the phone to the Apple Store.
They replaced the battery and screen without question, despite being way beyond my 1 year warranty, without any charge, which obviously I was happy with. I was quite close to switching to Android if they couldn't do anything.
I guess the swollen battery issue is serious issue. Now I just have to fix my Flex Cable.

Hye. Does they asked you to show your iphone's warranty? I have like the same problem as yours and i have lost my warranty.. what can i do? Hoping for a reply from you soon. Thank you! :)

My daughter's iPhone 5s has the same problem in the top left corner. I tried pusing the glass back in but it will not go in. Could it be a battery problem? Where is the battery located in the 5s? We are on vacation for the week, so I don't want to go to the Apple store now. Can she still use the phone safely until we get back home?

On the left side when looking at the screen.

A swollen battery can rupture and catch on fire. I, personally, wouldn't risk it.

Actually, this being a battery issue is a health and safety issue. And company that denies repairing something like this is foolish and opens themselves for a lawsuit. While they DO NOT have to honor all defects, they absolutely do have to honor your phone not burning you or your house down because it's a couple months outside of warranty.

As to his Android comment, maybe he has been looking at Android and this would have been excuse to check it out (he would have needed a new phone anyway, right?).

Well, I have a five year old iPhone 5, and now it has the same issue. So, should I really go for a lawsuit, since they have denied me free replacement, or get a new phone instead?
I just dont want to lose this phone, because it's just too special..

You need to go and talk to a lawyer and if he asks for some payment before he starts, take it as a hint.

Suing Apple over this is . . . . well I would not.

You haven't been injured so there isn't much to sue for at this point in time. My original comment had more to do with an exploding phone and why Apple wouldn't want it to get that far. I've seen multiple examples of Apple replacing bulging out of warranty batteries for free. That said, the phone is rather old and has reached end of life as far as Apple is officially concerned. If you want to take the risk of injury or death to maybe have a case, that's certainly up to you.

For what it's worth there are various third party stores that replace batteries. If you're near a BatteriesPlus they should have the capacity to replace your battery, for a fee, if Apple will not. You could also try reaching out to Apple's legal department, should you be so inclined. Explain your concern politely and respectfully and see what they tell you. I don't believe Apple has the capacity to replace batteries in store, so depending on who you talked to and what you said, responses may vary.
