Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Sarah Palin all have Blackberries!!

That's it. I'm convinced.

iPhone for me.

The only person I know with a 9900 is having a new one sent out because hers crashes and freezes several times a day. Googling revealed that this issue is not uncommon.

Why do people feel it is their duty to convince others to buy the same phone they have? Is it a way of justifying your own purchase or something?

If the guy wants a Blackberry....let him get a Blackberry. Every device has it's strengths and what is important in a phone for you may not necessarily be the same for your friend.

I've been using blackberries for a couple of years and their keyboard and email functionality are awesome. However, this is for corporate use and I probably crank out a good 50 emails a day.

When using my iPhone (the first version), I found that email formatting would be thrown off when replying to emails. I.e. it would look like garbage on the recipient's side. This was through an Exchange server.

Is that still a problem?

Why iPhone 5 instead of the new BB BOLD.

Trying to persuade a friend to get the iPhone 5 in oct 2011 as oct is when their new contract is due

They like to email-which they reckon iPhone is not as good as the bb.

I have the 9930, unlocked and on ATT. It sucks. I've been using it exclusively for a few weeks now. I sold my iPhone 4 when I got the 9930. I planned on getting the iPhone 5 and just using the 9930 until the iPhone 5 comes out. It can't happen fast enough. This phone is garbage! To be honest, it isn't the hardware, it's the OS and blackberry app store. I swear you hear crickets chirping when you click on the BB app store, there's nothing there!
