what are you talking about? I did that one for you yesterday and the star is not distorted. It is exactly the same.

When i went to set is as my wallpaper it looked fuzzy. This is what I'm talking about

Based on your screenshot, it looks like you are still trying to use the iPhone 4 background rather than the resized iPhone 5 background. That's why you can see the black space at the top and bottom.



As to the "fuzziness"; that is the texture of the image you provided and asked to have resized. If you want a plain red and yellow image, use the one below.
