Same issue with iPhone 5 and Time Warner. Works fine on iPad 2 running iOS 6. What is strange to me is that both the watch TWC TV and HBO Go both work fine with iPhone 5 and iOS 6. I log into those with my Time Warner account without issue.

Now works...

Had the same error "We are unable"...

I simply pressed "continue" or whatever the button is on the error screen, which produced the time warner cable homepage in the mini window. After signing in to "TWCServices", I then pressed an ESPN channel in app, which inherently tried to force authentication.

Since I was in time warner wayfarer service portal, in recognized I was good to go, and gave me access. Have since bounced my IpAd running ios6 and no issue when relaunching.

Hope this helps.

So you did this on an iPad? Did you try this on an iPhone 5? Thanks.

I don't see "TWCservices" anywhere on that page...

Are you able to reproduce this? I think you are defiantly onto something, but your details are a little tough to follow. Can you give exact details of what you did? I am able to click on the "continue" as well and it takes me to the mobile version of the Time Warner site, which is opened in the WatchESPN app. However, if I click on anything from there that asks me to log in, Safari opens up (as a separate app, not inside the WatchESPN app). I have no problem logging in through the Safari site. I then open up the WatchESPN app, but am back in the same situation as before. I click done, it takes me back to the show list, I click on a show, and I am asked to pick my cable provider. No luck.

I'm guessing that distenggent didn't get the mobile version of the TWC home page because he signed in from the iPad. But for those of us trying it from the iPhone 5, those options aren't available from the mobile site.

I just updated the Watch ESPN app from the app store and I can now login via Time Warner. Still not updated for the iPhone 5 screen though, but at least we are making some progress.

I updated the watchespn app and still can not watch it on my 5:mad: but I can on my 4:). Both are running IOS6. I got the same messages everyone else did before the update.

I cannot get the TWC login screen to work with this app on my iPhone 5.

Both my IOS 6 and the WatchESPN app are up-to-date - I even reinstalled the app.

But, when I go to give my credentials, I get a blank screen. If I shut-down the app and bring it back up in the same location, I see the spinning processing icon and then the "Connection Error - Failed to load page" error.

I see there was an update on 10/4; but, that does not seem to help me.

Any ideas?
