Jesus man, this is pathetic.

You are NOT getting past activation lock unless you magically devise a BootROM exploit to usurp the HTML login page that iCloud fetches when it is not logged out.

Simple as that.

Apple will not replace anything with Activation Lock. Even with AppleCare+.

Also, they can see if it wasn't signed out of (serial number registered with iCloud) so that won't work either. Best bet is to refute with PayPal.

There's no way to fool apple if its activation locked.
