iPhone 5c Price Drop Already

New reports are stating that iPhone 5C sales for the September quarter are 33% off the original estimate.

I, like many, have held off buying one because of the high off-contract price and will wait now for the bigger screened iPhone 6. I wouldn't be surprised if Apple did reduce the price of the phone soon.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I think it's a bit short-sighted to judge the 5c's sales performance on it's first month.

While the 5s is the phone for the eager, tech-hungry, early adopter crowd, the 5c is a phone for the more average customer. It'll sell at a steadier pace throughout the year while the 5s' sales will be a bit more frontloaded.

Just my theory anyway.
