iPhone 5 or earlier Iphone 5c screen popping noise?

hey guys i have a blue iPhone 5c 16gb and when you press the top left hand and in the middel of the screen, it makes this popping noise the the screen is loose. I would like to know what this could be. Please write back i would appreciate it. Thanks.

It probably means the screen became loose from the plastic frame. Apple still services it as it hasn't been deemed vintage or obsolete. So my advice is that you take it to them to have a look. There might be a charge involved to fix it, so be prepared for that.

It sounds like a separation from the laminate, resulting in the popping sound. Most certainly in need of repair.

For a device this old anything Apple will charge you won't be worth it.

You can open it yourself in one minute and check if just one of the side screws in the display frame or something came loose.

Otherwise just live with it
