Hello.
I got my iPhone 5c about 10 days ago and when making calls I can't hear the other person through the ear speaker. I have volume at max and I have EXTREMELY good hearing...I can hardly hear with the max volume in a quiet room. Any ideas???

Of course. How could I not... It has a picture of the screen on the plastic sticker🙂

Just checking, many people forget that although the plastic that comes over the screen of the iPhone (when new) serves as a great temporary screen protector, it does not have a hole for the earpiece speaker.

Have you tried a reboot?

Ya. I think it is a defective speaker because it just doesn't sound right...might take it in tomorrow and see what they say...thanks for the help though

Yes, if after a reboot, and a restore, the speaker volume isn't "right", then yes, I agree, go to Apple.
