iPhone 5S; Do you think the screen is too small?

Hey Guys, Do you think the iPhone 5S screen is too small,
and what would be the perfect size for a mobile screen ?

I personally think the iPhone 5S screen is a little too small.
I would prefer a 4.7 inch screen, and i think the Samsung Note 3
is a little too big for my tasting.

I sure hope Apple gets the act together and puts the iPhone 6 out soon,
i know a ton of people ditching Apple for Samsung and other Android devices...
 
You know, I don't believe people started complaining about screen size until larger, decent android device alternatives started getting released.

Before that, everyone seemed fine with the 3.5 in screen that apple put on everything before the 5.

If the next iPhone happened to be 4 inches I would probably still buy it.

I hear what you're saying, but major use of my i5 for web browsing has caused me eye problems. I need a bigger screen.
 
There will never be a perfect screen size. Just a size you're willing to deal with today.

I think the current screen is fine. Although I'd be more interested in seeing the screen stretch further to the edges of the current device than the device itself being resized.

It's easy to make a bigger phone. Packing a bigger screen into the same size phone would be something else. There was a thread the other day about someone releasing a screen with shape cutouts.
 
It's perfect because it's what apple has out now... If they release the 6 then that size would be the next perfect lol
 
Too small for me, i always go back to my GS5 after using my 5S i truly hope the next model will sport a larger screen!

It is too small for me!

And yes, people have left Apple for Samsung just for the screen. iOS is good but for some it does not make up for the tiny screen.

I am sure Apple will continue to offer a current model for people with small hands:eek:
 
5.5" and 4.7" are the perfect sizes for a screen, no doubt about that. Exactly those two sizes. Nothing else.

Is what you are going to hear when the new iPhone comes out.
Let tha fans show their faith in a company, I say. This is what this forum is all anoit. ;)
 
I have been using bigger screens for past 3 years (approx.) and I think it's too big to be used as a phone, I was using those screens as I didn't quite liked the iOS when I first tried it but now I think I am ready for the change.

Unfortunately Android gives the best specs to the bigger screen phones hence using the smaller screens wasn't an option, hope apple doesn't go the same way. I hope we see and inch SC screen phone with the latest specs come September.
 
Yes, the 4" screen is too small, IMO. Personally, I love the screen size of the S5. Not too small, not too big.
 
I've had every size range; iphone 4, 5s, note 2, moto x, and currently an s5. The 5s is great one handed. It's great to carry around. It's small for typing and viewing stuff. The moto x at 4.7 is the perfect size imo. Small enough to carry comfortably and use one handed but big enough for Web pages and videos.

5.5" is too big. That's a tablet that can be used as a phone. I see the appeal but it's not for me. My note 2 was too much.

I'm going to be going for the 4.7" display as long as I don't already buy the Nokia lumia 930 before iPhone 6 is released. Ideally I'd have liked a 5" display iPhone, no bigger than that though.
 
Yes, I find the 4" screen to small. That's because the way I use the phone today, its all about looking at the phone for information, be it navigation, apps for train and airport information, reading ebooks etc. for me the 5.5" would be a perfect size, I was compearing google maps on the iPhone and S5, it was a much better experience on the larger screen.

Okay you say go and buy an S5, that's not the answer for me because I do not wish to leave the IOS system, it horses for courses, peoples needs are different, I would like to see Apple sell deferent size iPhones so customers can choose what they require.
 
I have a nexus 5 and my girlfriend has an iPhone 5s, to be honest it's far too small for me, I'm dying to come back to IOS because of IOS 8 and the finger printing technology. However the 5S is so small it actually feels uncomfortable to hold.

hopefully, there' ll be a 4" screen option in the future, less bezel, less thickness!

How will guys carry such a big screen, have a girlie bag all day around?
