where do you see the expected delivery date? I don't see that.
I'm in the 128GB iphone 6 Plus Space Gray boat and ordered around 355-402am EST and my order number was oy-shso-7505466xx and I'm in TN. Had a hold on account as they needed to confirm I'm me but was reassured no delay.
No change to CC, UpS my choice, or FedEx mobile.

After numerous calls to order support I got a hold of someone who seemed to be knowledgeable and this is the info I received: upgrades are being processed before new customer orders.
Personally this doesn't make a whole lot of business sense but on a technical side I can see a new account taking slightly longer but not in a way where orders up to five hours after mine are processed.
Asked if they had a way to reach out to warehouse in case this was incorrect and was told despite them being order support they had zero, nilch, nada ways to communicate with the warehouse. Not sure about this. Even asked to speak to a supervisor and was basically told it was useless.
Guess I'll be dropping by sprint stores on Friday and most likely in Vain.

Search this thread, pretty sure within last six pages someone has a 16+ shipping info from ups. They didn't post a pic and it wasn't a long post. Could be wrong but pretty sure it was.
WELL that is interesting. I've been with Sprint for 20 years, and actually added a new line to my family plan to get the new phone. So that kind of sucks that it has less priority then someone "upgrading". I mean, technically it's a new line, which means new 2 year contract. Bleh. **** this.
On their site it says that they do some sort of activation on phones for new customers before shipping, so this additional step is likely what puts them behind.

Just got my shipping confirmation for 64gb plus in space grey. Ordered within about 5 minutes of pre-orders being available on the sprint site.
Still waiting on my 16gb plus in space grey.

I am 99.999% positive that I ordered the Iphone 64GB GOLD for my wife. She specifically told me I had to get the gold... I recall that during the pre-order that choosing the color was a little difficult. Instead of it clearly saying it, it was just a picture of a phone. I wasn't sure if it was just a generic stock image of a phone or if the little picture actually was indicative of the color of the phone you ordered. Anyway, like I said, I am 99.9% positive that I checked it, and checked it twice and three times and definitely saw that it was the Gold phone that I was placing an order for and so I confirmed the order. Anyways, I received a shipping notice today saying that they shipped the iphone 6 GRAY 64gb kit....
Now i'm in trouble with my wife, and she told me that i'm incompetent not to be abel to get the order right. I even stayed up all night refreshing for like 3hrs to do the order and the one specific thing that i am positive i double check over and over before confirming the order was the fact that it was a GOLD phone.
Any suggestions or ideas as to how this has happened or what I could do to get a GOLD phone in exchange for the GRAY phone that is going to be arriving on Friday (9/19).. She literally said she doesn't want the phone if it is gray and so now i'm scratching my head trying to figure out how on earth a GRAY phone had been ordered and not a GOLD when I am positive i checked this so many times before confirming the order.. Could they have got it wrong!?!? Or did I just F*%k up on this... If I made a mistake on the order then I have no idea how. I literally spent all night making sure I got this right and checking so carefully (knowing how my wife is). I knew i needed to order the right one she asked for. HELP!?!
I previously posted this somewhere in here I think but my first attempt was at 315 ish am EST and I selected 128 and on the next page it said 16GB and took me over fourty minutes almost to get back in so yes errors were common that night/morning. I have also read of similar mishaps that happened that people didn't catch in time.
So my wife is now stuck with the GRAY phone? She has already said she won't use it if it is gray hahahaha.. So I must find a solution asap. I have a feeling this is not going to be a straight forward easy fix or the simple matter of just taking it into sprint and swapping it out for a gold one![]()
Grow some nuts and tell your wife that Sprint made a mistake that you had no control over, and if she wants to wait an extra 3-4 weeks before she gets a gold iphone thats her choice. If i was her, I would just use the iphone and be happy you are getting one so early.
I already did tell her that there is no way on earth that I ordered the wrong one and that it is a mistake on their end. She won't buy it... She is an ungrateful spoiled brat (single child) what more can I say. She told me she is going to throw it in the garbage if it turns up at our house and it is gray. She has obviously succumb to the psychotic nature of desperate apple fans wanting exactly what they want. Completely irrational and unwilling to negotiate on the color of the phone. Despite the fact that she will get a case for it anyway... sigh....
