Since you did it over the phone, we can obviously deduce what happened there.
That's strange. What was its last location before it turned back? I know UPS has a delivery intercept service where senders can, for a fee, change the course of a shipment, including returning it to them. Haven't seen anyone else here mention this happening. Sorry you have to deal with that!

That sucks are you sure you ordered right? best way to take care if it is dial sprint and hit 5 then 5 then 2 which is account services they know there **** and will help you the best
My package also shows 1lb, but I've confirmed it's a 6p. If your order has already shipped, go to http://www.sprint.com/activate to see which device is attached to your account.

Yeah I did it over the phone and when the lady was repeating the order she said 6plus. But I will call and hopefully im getting a plus

And it looks the 6p would be 885909971671.
Hopefully they can swap it out but that will only delay. All you can do is confirm either way, once you do receive the package.
Ordered on the 13th at Sprint Corporate Store
I ordered the 6 Plus 16gb Space Gray. I was just wondering if anyone had any info about picking up at the Sprint corporate store. I've called 3 times in the past week and I all I get are people who say they have no idea and they'll call me when my order comes in.

I just called and talked to the nice guy who help me pre order my gold 128 gb iphone plus in the store. He told me that they haven't received any iphone plus models yet, but they have received the iphone 6. I also asked him if we were going to get our phones from their inventory and he said no. He said the pre orders are coming to the store with our names on them.

I ordered two iPhone 6 128GB, one in silver one in grey, on Wednesday at around 4pm EST through the Sprint site. They are both out on the vehicle for delivery today, shipped from Louisville at 12:47am last night.
I was worried I'd be waiting weeks since I ordered so late and didn't hear anything from Sprint that it was being shipped. Checked the Sprint website and, lo and behold, on vehicle for delivery.
My tracking numbers are 75133***

Lol now all the sudden sprint updates the order status must be a little laggy I guess only after I found out early this morning tracking with account number thru ups. I can breath easy now. I'm going to Vegas Sunday for my (birthday trip) and definitely wanted the phone before I go
They shipped in one package if they are the same color model. They shipped separately if they are different models, thus multiple tracking numbers.

The customer service at my local store is terrible... They won't tell me anything about my pre-order the guy taking my pre-order hadn't even been printing out the receipt for the others and they didn't even care... P.S. If they don't print out the receipt they won't have anyway to contact you when your phone comes in...

I am fuming now. They did ship my iPhone 6 plus 64GB and it is out for delivery. What I am pissed off about is that I never received an email from Sprint letting me know it shipped and when I tracked the order this morning, it showed up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Now I am at work and God knows what time the driver will pass by. I won't be home till 530. If I had known I would have taken half day off today and now I can't. Sprint is making me regret the switch from verizon. They were quick to email me my electronic bill but couldn't update me of the shipment...
