Another update. Called order support. I ended up being on the call with them for an hour and twenty minutes. It turns out my order was in limbo and the person at the store screwed up my order when it was placed. I now have a new order in my same place in line (9/12 at 10am EST) and I'm having it shipped to my home instead of the Sprint Store. This way I can use my choice. I'm pissed but also relieved that they were able to figure out the problem and rectify it. My order is now being overnighted and I'm expecting it Monday.
