Lets see if supervisors have better knowledge.. I am only able to speak with SERO account reps because I guess they need special clearance to access my account. But they are just as clueless as any other sprint rep.![]()
best bet is to email sprintcare@sprint.com because they actually get stuff done, the reason I wasn't able to preorder on the 12th was because i wanted to get the iPhone for life plan for 0$ down but the website keep asking for a down payment so i emailed them and come to find out i had an account spending limit which prevented the 0$ down so they took that off and i was able to preorder. Every rep i either chatted with or spoke to on the phone said it should let me order with 0$ down and one was a supervisor lol
