I hereby declare that I am officially off the pre-order wagon.
Please remove me from the tracking wait list. I used idevicetracker.com to find a local target with the 6plus. Walked in and pick up the the phone.
Canceled the Pre-Order.

I read back thru the thread and he also tried to do that 5 5 2 way over the phone and was told he can't because it was in store.. But since he said the guy at the store found a loophole, my store wants to know how so they can do it and cancel my order too.

The trackers work magic / I have Verizon and preordered a space grey 6 and asked my sister if you wanted me to order her a 6+ 128 space grey on preorder night. She said she was passing on the 6 . Yesterday that all changed when she saw a 6+ in the wild.
I ordered her one from Sprint then found out she wanted for her cruise in 3 weeks. I used the tracker this morning to locate a 6+ for sprint space grey 128gb in s a Best Buy store in Sacramento
As we were activating a lady walked in and said I know you have it I used this tracker - then she realized we had beat her to the phone but she was happy with the last plus model they had in 128 which was silver
I'm canceling her web order now.

Are yall canceling the order AFTER you already got the phone? Because I'm trying to cancel my in store order and my account still says I'm eligible for an upgrade but the guy in store said if I try to order one and at the end of the process I will get an error message due to fact my number is linked to a phone Serial even tho they can't even provide or find out what this serial number is.
But it seems a few people said they got the phone first and went back to cancel a online order.. Is that what you did? Your phone still showed you were eligible at the moment you tried to get it from best buy? And it went thru even tho you already had a pre order .. But without a tracking number yet??
I went into the store I ordered from to do it. Don't call sprint. If your using the easy pay option it might even be better to go get your new phone first then go to sprint an tell them to **** themselves. But you might want to call sprint just to make sure your upgrade option is still there. if it is I dont think you need to cancel first. I think the mistake I made was to cancel my order first it messed up my account and I want able to used the easy pay option.
If they are telling you at the corporate store they cant until the phone comes it its BS talk to a manager I just did it.

If your account is stating you are still eligible screw Sprint and go to Best Buy..When the phone comes in tell them you don't want it and already got an upgrade.

I temporarily took another upgrade that is on my family's plan. I then called and cancelled the order and had them reinstate that upgrade and take mine.
Well willwillx has 2 Iphone 6P in gray now as he went to best buy and got 2 from there. It was such a pain to cancel easy pay. If you are going to cancel and did easy pay you have to wait it takes time.

Well I already pre ordered from my local Cumming Sprint store but I will cancel if they could guarantee me the iPhone 6 plus in either 64 GB or 128 GB in gold or gray. Thanks again for the info and I will call them tomorrow.

I just got off phone with sprint and they said nothing I can do to the phone comes then I called the number 5 5 2... Between her and manager she said to go ahead and go to best buy or Target and get the phone because "I don't want to say the store was being dishonest with you, but you should be able to get an upgrade if it's showing it"
And then just cancel the order when ever sprint tells me at the store the phone is here and then get my money back from that order when the phone comes. So ima go do that and see what happens...

You can take me off the list. Targets randomly got the 16gb Plus Space Gray models en masse. Just out of the blue yesterday, every single Target in my Area had like 200 + of these models in store. I had to fight with Sprint, and they finally canceled my pre-orders.
Walked right in, no hassle. So easy. NEVER AGAIN. I'm never pre-ordering with Sprint. They are con artists.
EDIT: Yeah I used idevice tracker to find this out. Thanks to whoever posted that. Was infinitely more help than anyone on Sprint.
And yeah, I canceled my order over the phone (using the 5 5 2 method). But I had to fight with them. They gave me a hard time.

I got my 6P space grey 16GB from Target tonight! After I called sprint and they told me I could not cancel my in store pre order I went ahead and just got it from target since my account did still show I had my eligibility since they don't have a tracking number. The bad part is I had to pay $299 again and I won't get my $299 from sprint until the phone shows up in the store.. Which could be another month.

Sprint is such a ****in joke. I love how all of us that were in limbo, were able to get the phone we wanted from stores, with ZERO hassle. The only hassle was Srpint giving us a hard time canceling an order...that didn't exist. They sure were quick to take our money and sell us something they didn't have. And sure as hell did whatever they could to make it hard for us to cancel that order. Screw them.
Terrible company.
I totally agree with you., sprint did a terrible job with the release of this phone and the fact that they want to keep our money for s month is really insane I'm glad I have my phone and I hope everyone else on here gets their phone soon
okay, so my cousin is going through the dilemma of never receiving their iPhone 6+..They ordered 9/12 and they have not got a number yet..I told them they should cancel and they did..The one place in the whole city that has the phone he wants is target.. and they only have one phone..they got their upgrade eligibility back immediately but not his money.. My cousin needs his money back before he can buy it..We canceled it today..he paid through his debit card and he is wondering when he will get his money back as the target store is only holding onto it until tomorrow at 5PM. please help him out! when will he get his money back?

Question for those of you preordering online. I preordered my phone online and I am doing the lease option which for a 6+ 64gb is $30/mo plus $50 for the plan itself. Now when I did it online, it wouldn't let me select a plan and said I could only do it when I actually got the phone and went to activate it. Is this right? I tried calling Sprint but the idiots I got on the other end I could hardly understand their broke English nor do I think they understood my question. So... did anyone select the $50 iPhone 6 plan when upgrading online or is it setup to only do it upon activation? I am worried because I currently pay $75/mo for unlimited everything for my SIII so I don't want to pay another $30 on top of that when my payment should really be $80/mo with the iPhone 6+ lease/plan.
Well After a 4 hour ordeal between Apple store and sprint corporate store and sprint phone support I was finally able to get my hands on a 6+ 64 silver. Was told more were due to ship on the 26th by sprint order support rep. Wish everyone luck, that tracker worked for me.
You can only do that when they activate the phone because you can't do it now because you don't have the phone to be actually paying the lease fee yet. When they phone comes they will change your plan to that.

That tracker seemed to have worked for everyone including me... Never again will I order a phone inside a sprint store unless they have the phone right there at that exact moment I order

Well I live in Cumming Ga and none of the stores near me have any iphone 6 plus in # No Sprint, Target or Apple stores❗️ So I am still playing the waiting game. But congrats to all that has there phones already, i guess I will just keep using my Samsung Galaxy note 3 .
