@snarestud940, the largest version of this image I could find was 550x960px, so it's still 700,000 pixels (~200,000 more than in the current image) shy of iP7+ parallax wallpaper and already full of artifacts. Without remaking it from scratch, there's not much to do. Upscaling would make it look just as low quality as it does now.
I imagine that @tiggger's request load is so heavy that they don't respond to every post that isn't doable.

LOL....that's cool. I figured that would be asking a lot to attempt that one lol.
It's not perfect, but all I did was attack the person with content-aware fill and then duplicate a little bit of the railing. I attached the final product and put a little process GIF below:

Naw, I'm "liberal" and even worse Canadian by your standards but am glad Hillary lost (didn't vote for Justin) - but this is getting political so we better leave it at that...(but I would totally get this wallpaper and the hat too...)
