I can't imagine what's preventing you from downloading it. On mobile, if you tap the thumbnail in my original post, it should open the image in a new tab. Pressing and holding should bring up a menu in which "Save Image" is an option.

On desktop, clicking the thumbnail should open it in a new tab. Then you can right/control click the image and save it from that menu.

What are you doing, and what happens when you try?
