iPhone 6 Bezel - time machine from 2007

Just throwing this out there to put some things in perspective as to how "advanced" the iphone 6 design is.

iphone 6 - 138mm tall 4.7 inch screen.

galaxy alpha - 132mm tall 4.7 inch screen. also thinner.

moto x - 140mm tall 5.2 inch screen.

I won't even mention iphone 6 plus as it's proportions are even more antiquated

Samsung ingenuity. Time machine from... Nah, they just copied it.

The bezels are one of the reasons I went with the 6. They are unnecessary and make the Plus way too long IMO. When Apple finally gets it right and cuts down the bezels next year or year after, I will consider the 5.5"

Ummmm…….. the regular 6 resolution is higher than 720p...

You are right. 750. Not my point. What I meant was, I was surprised. I expected it to be true HD at 1080 like they made the 6+. It would then blow the Samsung out of the water. But they did not, and I am guessing Samsung must have known that somehow, or made a really good guess.

yeah. i wish apple would have thought of a way to shorten the top and bottom bezels...i am going to buy the 6 plus but the bezels not making completely happy with the decision. its ios and a 5.5 screen so i am going to buy but its that damn touch id taking up so much room and apple's design to keep everything symmetrical which i like but damn look at those bezels up top and bottom!!!
