I plan to go with xperia z3 if it have usb3 and newst processor and 3gb ram, but hey apple, if you bring such a device am ready to forget about the past and will buy one.

People keep talking about the squared off corners. But the biggest issue I see is the thinness. I can't imagine the battery would last very long with a phone that thin...

Way off topic but why is there no mention of HTC releasing the new HTC One today? It's a better phone than the Samsung S5 yet when that phone came out there were a few front page articles.
It's like this site only focuses on what Samsung does and a few bits from Google. All this site does is cherry pick.

Because the don't want to alert users to the fact that there's much better choices out there when it comes to buying your next mobile phone..

There's a thing called minimalism, if anyone does it better than Apple, it's Sony. :)

In your opinion. In my opinion Sony's phones have the ugliest design.

There is nothing to suggest that Apple would abounded the rounded corner design for this sharp cornered (ugly if you ask me) design!

lol @ all the people saying 'No' yet will be first in line to pre-order on launch day

Where do people like you exactly get this? I mean, is there anything to prove this rather weird theory I keep reading on here?

It's an inability to differentiate between the 'them' in the world. Apparently to that poster, each of us combines into the 'ignorant them' that the world is made up of in his mind. So even those of us who say we wouldn't buy that get lumped into the other 'them' that will line up to buy it on launch day.
Let's just hope he's not in a profession where it's important to have certain skills: like distinguishing one person from another and seeing people as unique individuals.

I must admit, I have absolutely no idea why this sort of thing gets posted on this site. Its just something someone with 3D Studio or similar has put together with absolutely no idea or insight into what the 6 is actually going to be. Its not even a realistic design as there is no where for an antenna, the back being a solid piece of metal. Pointless.

I actually liked back and sides, but front looks ugly. Also I do not understand why everyone wants Apple to change their design. Those sides, little buttons and rounded corners are signature of Apple now. For example look at the Ferrari, Porsche, BMW they do not change their design language so when I see a Ferrari / Porsche / BMW coming, I can distinguish it but when I see a Volvo, Hyundai etc. I can not distinguish them until I see logo. Design is like second logo of company in my opinion. Sorry for bad english.
I don't think many could have distinguished iOS 7's design from a bad Android or jailbreak theme if it was not officially announced by Apple.

Yeah... No. It's in no way better than the S5 and poses no real competition to anyone. Samsung is featured a lot on here because of what I think are obvious reasons - they're in a very public legal battle with Apple, and make cheeky adverts targeting their products.

That phone is so ugly. I hate the design. Imagine how uncomfortable it would be to hold

Why? slim, rounded shape in the holding place, rounded screen. It will feel like an iPod touch, which it is great! and much better than 5/5s which have all sides squared.

Some of the comments in this thread are pretty ridiculous. "It's ugly. Apple would never do this. It looks like an Xperia." Um, they *already* did it with the iPod Nano. Hence the inspiration for the concept design.

That said, in the past iPod redesigns (particularly for the Nano) have not signaled much as far as design cues for the next generation iPhone--or, really, any Apple product.

The black iPhone in this mockup looks amazing. I would totally purchase this. This looks like a blown up iPod nano just the the Sony Xpheria does.

am i the only one who absolutely hates concept renderings? they aren't even by the actual company... how is this news...

this is what I expect the iphone 6 to look like. I think this should be obvious from looking at the iPads and ipod touch.

Apple, please bring Jet Black color into the iPhone Mix. IPhone 4/s with its jet black glass front and back... that was an art in itself - holding the phone was like holding a sculpture.
