Add up the points you get from each question and see if you are the plus person or the regular iPhone 6 person. Answer honestly. ;)

How much battery life do you need?
    0. Charging a lot. 7 hours is enough.
    1. I charge it every night and browse quite a lot. 9-10 hours.
    2. I play games a lot or don't charge it frequently. 12 hours.

What is more important to you?
    0. Looking like everyone else.
    2. Being unique and different.

Why would you want a larger phone?
    0. It's the iPhone upgrade. Larger iPhone, I still buy it.
    1. I want to see more stuff.
    2. I want to see more stuff and/or bigger stuff.

How often did you notice your old iPhone was small?
    0. Well, it looks small in comparison, but I don't have that much of an issue with that.
    1. Sometimes I wish Apple had made bigger phones earlier.
    2. I was considering switching to Android and/or noticed it every time I used it.

Is the iPhone 6 Plus out of your price range?
    0. Yes, it is. (You can end the test here.)
    1. I could, but only if it's worth it. (Go on with the test.)
    2. No, I could afford it. Price is not a factor. (Go on with the test.)

How do you carry your iPhone around?
    0. Tight pants. Maybe even back pocket.
    1. Casual pants.
    2. Jacket, backpack or purse.

Do you play games on your iPhone?
    0. No, I use it just for work, social networking and/or browsing.
    1. Some casual Candy Crush, yes!
    2. I have quite some XYZ genre games and love the graphics they will have with Metal.

Do you shoot lots of pictures with your iPhone?
    0. One or two selfies but nothing else.
    1. Some casual point and shoot images and maybe one sunset.
    2. I am an ambitioneed amateur or professional photographer, also shooting in the dark.

Can you hold an iPad Air in one hand, kind of like an iPhone?
    0. Never. How would that be possible?
    1. Well, kind of. It's slippery though! Can't hold tight!
    2. Easily. What is all the fuzz about ..?

What do you think about Reachability?
    0. It's a bad idea. Doesn't help at all.
    2. I think it could be really useful...

Do you watch videos on your iPhone?
    0. Maybe the ones I just shot with it's camera. No more.
    1. Some YouTube here and there.
    2. I wish I could watch 1080p movies on an appropriately sized iPhone.

    You like bragging?
    0. No. Bragging is for losers having to feel better about themselves.
    1. I guess it wouldn't hurt to get some attention.
    2. I'd rather have my friends envy me than like me.

How many e-mails do you get each day?
    0. A few or less. Maybe none? I don't care, I don't do mail on my phone.
    2. Dozens. I read and answer them on my iPhone.

You are about to buy a $800 phone. Which of these things do you think are right?
    0. I paid a lot of money for a phone. It has to be sturdy and robust.
    2. I paid a lot of money for a phone. I have to take care of it adequately.

    How do you commute?
    0. Walking, driving, riding a bike or not at all.
    1. Driving or cycling with my iPhone as a GPS device.
    2. Taking the bus, subway/train, cab, ...

I go on to tell you you have to get an iPhone 6 Plus. How do you react?
    0. Okay! Well, kinda ... Really? I'm not sure it's the best decision.
    2. Great! I didn't ever want anything else in the first place!

Did you like the last question?
    0. I thought about it and I would use the 0 points answer. It got me thinking.
    2. Very obvious! Hahah ... There were better ones!

You made it through the test!
Now let's find out if you need the 6 or 6 Plus!
I guess you already noticed that less points means less screen size.
0-11 points: definitely get an iPhone 6.
12-23 points: watch your tendency. Both could make you happy.
24-34 points: definitely get an iPhone 6 Plus.

I hope you appreciate this as I have thought about these questions and not simply put together some stuff to make you happy.
Feedback would be appreciated. Also I guess many of you already made up their minds but maybe you are wondering whether you should return and exchange your device. :)
Please don't hate, I am just trying to help. ;):apple:

Scored a 20, which is leaning towards iPhone 6 Plus. I got an iPhone 6 Plus on launch day. I have been pleased. Much like my result suggests, I wish it were slightly smaller. I would probably also be happy with the iPhone 6, but what the heck? Went with the Plus. Maybe next time I'll go down in size just to shake things up. It's all fun. I do like the iPad Nano interface though, lol.

Interesting to see the results. I get a score of 24 and I was convinced to keep my iPhone 6 Plus right the moment I turned it on for the first time. Thanks for taking the test :)

    13. I love the 6 plus but its too big for me. My thumbs are pretty small and I like typing one handed and my thumb can't reach the W in keyboard. Oh well. I just dont like how big it is. Getting a 6 now. Next year Ill get the 6+S after I get used to a 4.7 inch.

Whomever is on the fence needs to try both and I do not mean in a store if that does not help your decision.

Cannot try both in your daily routine because availability is limited? Then just wait until you can, better than being unhappy and wished you tried both.

    That is all.

    iphone 6 it is.

when the rumors were floating about i was dead set on the 6 but when apple announced it i all of a sudden wanted the 6+ but after much thinking about it i think that the iphone 6 is the only option for me.

it's a bit bigger than my current phone (moto g 4.5" screen), it's cheaper, less bendable.

just need to get to my local apple store soon to buy one!

My score was 10 and yes, I am very happy with my 6. Gotta love that 6+ though - it's awesome. Played with it in the store.

So you really think having a larger version of the same looking iPhone (both of which millions of examples exist) make you "unique and different"?

This is a very complex guide being touted as 'simple'. A lot of it I also feel is, for lack of a better word, BS

    As an earlier poster said:

Do you want a big phone or a bigger phone?

That's as simple as it gets. Absolutely no need for the rest of that drivel.

Hold them both in your hand, pick one. Done.

    Much easier guide.

Do you want an iPhone 6 Plus?

    Yes. 1
    No. 0

If your score is 1, then get the iPhone 6 Plus.

Thank you for constructive criticism. I put a lot of thoughts into this and thought some users might like it, thanks for calling it BS :) you must be a wonderful person to have around

Many people say it looks weird to talk into a phablet in public. That's why.
