Anyone else have a very loose vibrate switch that has a rattle to it? I'm trying to decide if I need to exchange the phone for another before it turns into an issue. I'm not sure though if any exist that don't have this looseness.

If you have the issue, what do you plan to do? Are you concerned about it?

Now that I try it. My switch is slightly loose when not in silent. When itbuscsetbto sikent the switch doesn't move.

Saying that. It doesn't rattle.

Do any of you think it is concerning? I'd hate to have it stop working, even having AppleCare.

Mine doesn't rattle but sometimes it causes the phone to vibrate with the lightest touch. Several times a day I think I get a text but it's just from something lightly touching the switch.

I just got my brand new iPhone 6 home and noticed that if the phone is switched to vibrate that the slightest tough will cause it to to toggle on and off. This can't be right.

Mine is very tight and rigid. Best one I've ever had, hands down.

Literally every iPhone I've had has been loose or wriggly, so while it's unfortunate to see that some of you are having trouble, I'm glad to dodge this one.

The switch itself feels solid. But even brushing my finger across it slightly will cause it to toggle instantly on and off. Worried this thing is going to vibrate like crazy in my pocket because of this.

Same here. The switch on my 6 Plus will change positions just by putting it in my pocket

It seems like my situation is getting better by, believe it or not, using the switch more and more. If it doesn't continue to improve by next week I'll bring it to an Apple Store.

Mines the opposite. The switch has a slight wobble but you need to use sone force to move it.

Shortly after discovering the wonky vibrate switch I discovered that the screen was loose near the volume buttons, it would click like a mouse button when pressed near that section of the screen.

Snagged up a Genius Bar appointment and they replaced it with zero hassle. I now have what appears to be a perfect iPhone 6.

New phone has much more quiet vibrate and home button. Feels and sounds like an iPhone should. Something was pretty wrong on the inside of that first one.

Very pleased.

Mines is somewhat loose but doesn't rattle.

I hate loose buttons and sadly PLENTY of iPhones suffer from this problem. Cheap build quality! My i5 has loose volume buttons and a loose mute switch.

got my iphone 6 and switched it to vibrate and the switch is stuck and will not go back, it seems like it wants to but cant.

Called apple and they are sending out a replacement
