Current Lock Screen and Wallpaper used for iPhone 5...if I could get help with upscaling for use on an iPhone 6 (1334x750) I would really appreciate it.

ok, here's one @ 872x1635...

Another quick way to do this when you have a solid background as in your photo.

1.) CMD+N - To Create new canvas at 750 x 1334
2.) CMD+Delete - To fill canvas
3.) Go to File>Place >Enter - To drop photo on canvas
4.) Shift+Option - Constrains proportions when sizing
5.) Double click Layer 1 and add Color Overlay to match background color of photo.

I created this wallpaper in less than 15 seconds with this method. Learning the shortcuts in CS6 PS will save you an enormous amount of time.
