Guys i replaced the battery of my iPhone 6 today. And now i can see edges have become yellow color. how can i fix this issue ? and why did this happen ? please help me .

Its like that on my iPhone 5 which I have had since 2014. I think its just age unfortunately. As its a hardware problem the only way to fix is by replacing the screen.
 
Hi, Mac members! I needed a 'secondary' phone, so bought an old iPhone 6. It has the same problem (yellow tint around the sides and bottom of screen). I see it's due to age. Does it affect the phone's functionality at all? Will replacing the screen help, and, is it still possible? Thanks in advance for any input!

A lot of these panels had a yellow tint along the edges. It’s a known issue but it does not mean that the device is faulty in any way.
