There are still flights scheduled to make it to Louisville.

The last flights that could have phones on it for delivery on the 25th just landed in Anchorage. They leave for SDF in a little under 2 hours, getting in between 10pm and 11pm PDT. they could make the overnight arrival and morning departure scan and be out by tomorrow morning.

Additionally, there are some that are going directly to Ontario, so they could be processed there.

Plenty of schmucky comments in here.
Don't let him get you down... He's just a loser without any friends. I look forward to this also! If my standard for excitement was whether or not the novelty would ever wear off, well, I guess I would be as depressed as uid15 apparently is.

Oh, you went down the ad-hom reply route? Bah... Pity - the comment wasn't an attack response to that lady, and how on earth you're able to tell what kind of person I am, as a stranger, from a mere comment on a forum, is astonishing insight. Perhaps your wild expression of negativity is just fuelled by all this excitement - I reckon so, but then... I don't care that much, I've already forgiven you, no problem, and i didn't need to justify my comment, I just wanted to let the lady know it wasn't an "attack", I just dislike hyped consumerism - it's the fault of commercial enterprises, not consumers, really. :)

Take it easy online... nothing's worth insulting people over, and remember - there's no tone of voice or body language in textual comms, so you might misread people :)

One of my orders says this:

Preparing for Shipment Delivers: 9/25 by Standard Shipping

Is this really going to get delivered tomorrow?

Ours shipped out of Louisville earlier. It will be held at our local CC. I'm sure that you will receive yours tomorrow!

Edit: they arrived at our local facility five minutes ago!

Sigh, I'll keep my fingers crossed that it'll leave the warehouse by tomorrow morning

Please help... I think I'm getting screwed! I ordered mine Right At 12:01. I was done by 12:02:51 Pacific standard time. 3:02:51 EST. I'm they told me at first it was Sep. 25. then 3 days ago they pushed it back 4 weeks???

Is that AT&T you ordered it through? I noticed right away that AT&T's shipping times were about 4 weeks later from the very beginning. I then moved to Apple.com, but that store didn't open for quite while. I moved to the Apple Store App on my iPhone 6 Plus when apple.com didn't open up. The iOS Apple store opened up quick, and hours later, I was surprised that all the iPhones were still available to ship by the 25th! Meaning I could have ordered it at 6 am, maybe even later that day and gotten my iPhone by today.

Though, it doesn't make much sense if they told you that you would get it on the 25th initially. I know it was 4 weeks later to start through AT&T.

That's where Customs is, Louisville, KY. I remember twice in the past that my iPhone sat there for days.

This time, my iPhone didn't appear to even ship till yesterday so it didn't even seem to go through Customs this year, or at least through the usual place. It went from starting way east on the other side of the dateline to AK, to Nashville, then Orlando. (They could ship it Friday morning and deliver it by the afternoon taking advantage of the dateline. They're usually on time if the tracking says so.)

My order said Preparing for Shipment until yesterday (September 24), then the tracking showed that it actually started on the 22nd. It's less than 10 miles from me now. So your iPhone will still likely be delivered today. They probably didn't update your order summary yet. Be sure you're available when they deliver to sign for it, or print out the pre-sign form so they'll leave it. I would be pissed if I didn't hear the door bell and I had to wait another three days! (Monday)

the UPS plane with my phone on it is scheduled to arrive in 2 hours...and i'll be at the UPS service center picking it up tomorrow morning. werd.

We purchased separately. Her's only weighs .7lb and both of us ordered AppleCare. I am assuming the 2lbs is an error...

I think the 0.7 is in kg and not lbs. My Mom's 6S+ came out of China and the package is 0.7 kg. Mine shipped from Tennessee and is 1.4 lbs. There are 2.2 lbs in a kg; so 0.7 kg = 1.54 lbs ;)

Thanks, but I already calculates it! It shipped at .4kg, which is actually .88lbs. I was tired when I did the math. ;)
