I love my iPhone 6s but I am having a problem that seems to crop up randomly at least once a day. My touch screen goes completely unresponsive. 3D Touch doesn't respond at all and all other inputs are massively delayed. I power off my phone and turn it back on, I do a hard reset - nothing fixes the issues. It just does this for 10 minutes or so and then stops. For the life of me I can't figure out why it is happening. Below you will find two videos of my phone acting up. Is anyone else having issues like this? Video 1: Video 2: --- At this point I did a full restore via iTunes and restored my encrypted back up. The issue has come up again even after a restore. After restore video 1: After restore video 2: --- Contacted Apple again and they told me to ship my phone in for repair since my local store doesn't have any. The phone is 5 days old, I'd rather return it for a new one than have it repaired. I am on the iPhone Upgrade Program, so I am sure this will be a huge nightmare leading to me having another hard pull on my credit. The store employee could barely get me setup via IUP on T-Mobile, I cringe to think about having to return the phone and go through that process again. Out of desperation I have upgraded to 9.1 public beta 2 to see if that helps. I have an appointment for 6:10pm on Sunday. So if I am still having issues I guess I will see what the store can do for me.
