FWIW, both my launch day 6s+ and my recent replacement (both are Samsung I believe) lasted all day, even getting as much as 8 hours of intensive usage at high brightness. I used to always have to charge my 6 twice a day, but I haven't had to do that with this phone even once. Seriously impressed with the battery life.

you said samsung chip is ok ? my 6s+ is samsung

Ok, so went from a 64GB iPhone 6 to the 6S Plus and what a difference with the battery life? I am sure there are many threads on this but is there anything you can do? I am thinking of going to a 6S instead.

I have this exact same phone (6S Plus, 128GB) and my battery life is amazing, similar to what others in this thread have reported. Many is the time I've forgotten to charge it overnight and it's still had a reasonable amount of charge for the following day.

disable background app refresh all together. not worth the battery life hit.

Oh, sorry. I have a TSMC chip. From what ice read, though, the difference shouldn't be major. Not what it sounds like you're reporting. Perhaps an ill behaving app?
