Uh, my 6s+ doesn't do that
Take a picture of it with a light screen and post it. I have not seen one that did I not have this to one degree or another.

My iPhone 6s Plus is just 10 days old. Out of the box it did have the same issue at the top.
But over the time the bleeding has almost gone off. To hurry it up I left the screen on at max brightness for few nights.
Most complains concern freshly made phones.
I suppose time cures this issue.
Maybe not only time, but also ultra-violet rays emitted by backlight LEDs make screen base more matt. Will black screen @ max brightness be better for this?
I was told by the manager at my local Apple Store that some of the backlight issues will clear up over time due to the adhesive drying. I just thought it was a load ofas the display models still had these backlight issues.

The manager is loading you full of cr^p.
It's an expensive pocket computer with a phone app actually...In which case we can all say Hello, Burn-In. #LingeringImageGate
Is there something in the water lately that is increasing the incidence of terminal OCD? I mean really, now. It's a phone, a tool, something to stick in your pocket and use for a year or two until a fancier one comes out.
Not true. Google "Amoled screen burn" and I think you'll find that even those screens have their own set of problems....Until Apple switches to SAMOLED you're SOL.

View attachment 598606 View attachment 598607 View attachment 598605 I think all the iPhone's to some degree have that backlight situation but I got lucky with mines. No yellow tint and amazing vidid colors compared to other iPhone 6s + I've seen . Got complimented too!! So they are out there people!!

I'm pleased you're pleased but your phone has 2 of the 5 common screen issues.
I won't point them out as once you see them, you can't unsee.
iPhone 6 display is different from 6S. Don't know if backlight issue are related to the different technology involved. No, parts are made at most 2 months before assembly, usually less. The screens being bigger isn't an excuse either because the regular iPhone 6 and 6 Plus (not S) don't have this bad backlight pattern issue. This is undeniably poor QC and no new iPhone should have screen quality that isn't equal or better than the older one.
Not to speak about the infamous PenTile sub pixel solution ... Ill stick with LCD.I won't even consider any AMOLED just only because of "burn in" effect. Why people dream about it?! Are they aware of "burn in" and colors degrading over time?
I can't see anything wrong about his screen...Not sure how you got lucky the top half of your screen is a different shade than the bottom half and the dark corners. That would drive me nuts viewing anything with a white background. To each their own I guess......
Forget about their comments. On this forum there are people that could literally found problems in ANY screen. Any.The camera I'm using makes the pictures come out weird but I'm happy!

Not sure how you don't see that....... Maybe it is a good thing you can't pick up on issues. It will save you a lot of time and frustration in the long run.
I agree, I see couple of them so far.I'm pleased you're pleased but your phone has 2 of the 5 common screen issues.

I just came back from the Apple Store..I had the same issue as the OP but went in for battery issues..after diagnostics they claimed by battery was fine but I also mentioned and showed the screen issue identical to the OP's pics...they immediately changed out my phone with a replacement. New phone has no screen issues whatsoever! Good luck OP
