I just got off the phone with a T-Mobile representative and she informed me that my order JB 7+ 128GB has been pushed back to November 11 to December 11th. They said that they haven't updated the system to reflect this. I had their representative complete my order 15 minutes after midnight on the 9/9. and they said the back log was due to shipments from Apple. Wow! I can't believe it. Prepare for a riot on here. This is some craziness. I started venting to her, and she said, "Is there something I can help you with?" I was speechless. Not only are T-Mobile subscribers treated as second class citizens by Apple we're second class citizens within T-Mobile too. That rude biatch!
Granted this year's preorder was a mess by almost all accounts, going to a carrier instead of the source was a mistake. If there is no updates in the next 2 weeks or so, I'm might just cancel my pre-order and try to either get a new color or just another phone all together.
If you care that much, you can report your card lost/stolen and be issued a new one. If you return in the store they charge a restocking fee (I think $50) even if the phone is still in the wrapped box. I must have misunderstood the person I was quoting. I thought they ordered through T-Mobile.This is 100% not true. You can return an unopened item after getting it in the mail back to an Apple Store all day long.
Is your phone processed? I was able to cancel an order that had a late ship date on one of my lines. One of my other orders that shipped launch day I couldn't cancel and had to refuse the package/return to sender. Got the notification of return processing for that today.
Processed? Nope. it probably hasn't even been entered in by T-Slowbile.
