Not in Profile or on UPS yet...
Maybe I'll get it tomorrow??? Maybe not...It's going to be a long night:)

I don't have an iPhone currently, but I do have a Mac. I already transferred all my pics to my Mac. Does anyone have any suggestions about the best way to put them on my iPhone?

I'd make an Album(s) with the photos you want in Photos App on Mac and then you can sync whatever albums you want to your iPhone using iTunes.

You can make a folder on your computer or show itunes which folder of pictures you want to add to your phone.

Expect to get it next week or even maybe this weekend, then if by some slim chance you do get it tomorrow it will be a nice surprise and if you don't which is still probably unlikely, it won't crush your soul lol

I think it has to do with whether you ordered it using your Apple ID during checkout on Apple.com or not / if you register your device on Apple.com if you purchased somewhere other than apple. Could be wrong though..

It's funny I just got off the phone with Apple about an hour ago. Just wanted to see if the could have done anything to speed up the order. Told them that my shipping date kept changing later and earlier, it was a lie but wanted to see if they could put me up further. Nothing came about it, the lady was super cool, hung up, went to lunch, just checked a few mins ago and it got pushed to that new date.
 
Mine changed to "Preparing for Shipment" sometime this morning. I haven't received an e-mail confirmation yet, or a change in expected delivery date. Still shows Sept 26-29.

My wife's order stayed at Preparing for Shipment status while the phone was already in the process of being shipped. I was able to obtain the tracking number from UPS and her phone shipped from Shanghai to Louisville from Monday until yesterday. Her status changed to Shipped this morning.
