Hey guys, I have a question. Does anyone know how to change the delivery window? I will not able to be home after 4PM EST so my phone needs to be delivered before 4pm. I tried to look it up but failed. Thanks in advance
The status has changed to "shipped" and they provided me a UPS tracking #. So far it is still in ZhengZhou though.
I don't think you can, you can just redirect to pick it up in UPS location or the hub.
That's odd mine just changed to what appears to be a solid date of 9/20 by end of day. When you get that it always comes by when it says it will ( from past years experience).
Haha yeah but my order is still processing for whatever reason. Maybe they'll change my order status tomorrow.

I think my flight is UPS61. Landed at 7:06 AM - my UPS tracking says 7:10 Arrival Scan.

Can you have it held at UPS hub and pick it up? It'll be available when they open in the morning of the delivery day if you tell them early enough.
You can change the delivery window by signing up to ups my choice. You pay extra to change the time. If I'm not mistaken something along the lines of $5.
I am signed up to that and I was never able to do that. You can get the 2hour window time when they will come around but you cannot change the time when they are coming.
I did online reserve and got the matte black plus I really wanted, screw waiting for Tuesday! It's been fun though.... Until the next launch!!!!

I was able to choose times but they're very limited two hour windows. Can you call ups maybe? Good luck!
I am not the one changing, I am getting mine Wednesday but I will be returning it, I'm picking up mine in store today too. But since you quoted my answer to OP I replied with my options.
