iPhone 7+ 27-29 September Apple.com thread

I am getting pretty frustrated. I have had zero change in status since it went PFS. I have seen many folks posting who ordered well after me getting shipped notifications and tracking.

Yeah, mine too. It's supposed to be delivered Tuesday and this day and half stop in China is making me nervous. It has a long way to travel in two days...

Me too. Makes you wonder what's the point in getting up early and all that when it seem completely random.

[doublepost=1474243162][/doublepost]I'm seeing folks who are reserving phones and picking them up in store, as well. Why is apple stocking stores instead of filling preorders? Shouldn't preorder take priority?
 
So I could not wait any longer until Wednesday to get the phone I went into the store and got the same exact I ordered with no fuss. 2 minutes and I was out of the door with my beauty. So I bid you all goodbye. I'll be returning my preorder one as soon as I get it. Lesson learned. If I preorder again I'll be canceling if it says any other day than launch day. Hope you all get the phones without any further delay. ;)

Mine is supposed to be here Tuesday according to UPS site, but its been sitting in China for a day now.

Just wasted my time chatting with Apple. He said his system shows I should receive my order 9/27-9/29 at the latest. No kidding? I pointed out those ordering after me getting shipments and people with October estimates getting shipments and he said, "nope, nothing for them." I pointed out this thread and that was basically the end of the discussion. Pretty disgusted right now.
 
A love the fact (sarcasm) that my CC hasn't been charged yet and also that the status is stuck in Processing Items while the delivery should be around 20-22 September...

A lot of people preordered phone who are on the upgrade program and since you can only do that if you get it from the actual store Apple has to send units to the stores to fill those orders and those orders will take prioirity since Apple prioritizes AppleCare + members. Tje real,problem is that Apple had huge supply restraints in making the new phones.
