If UPS didn't miss any scan and the phone is in the states now, I highly doubt that it'll make it for tomorrow, even if I love UPS and they can do wonders.

I ordered an iPhone 7 for a friend that was delivered the Friday, and it moved pretty fast from China to Louisville. That trip took 16 hours. If ours departs now, the phone will arrive at KY around 4:00 am. Then we have to wait for the import scan, sorting and another plane to the local hub. Extremely tight.

But as I said, UPS misses scans frequently when they ship in bulk, so there's a chance.

I know it's automated to a point.

I just can't figure out why I've had packages that were at 'picked up' by ups at the beginning of the weekend, and 'out for delivery' without any tracking scans posted or any other sign of movement. This is happening in the current batch of iPhones also. It's quite common.

I've noticed in the past it is usually the overnight or expedited packages that forego any step by step tracking.
Man I hope you're right. I'd LOVE to admit I'm wrong in this case. haha

Just left Korea...I'm assuming to Alaska...it's an 8 hour flight...should hit Alaska around 6:00 p.m. (EST) tonight.

Assuming it sits in Alaska 2 hours then leaves (8:00 p.m.), that gets it to Kentucky in 7 more hours (about 3:00 a.m. EST). So, my 9/20 delivery (Ohio) is technically possible........?

Status just updated. Looks like it left Korea about two hours ago.

Incheon, Korea, Republic of 09/19/2016 9:53 P.M. Departure Scan

Ugh I haven't seen ANY movement since my confirm email came in @ 3:31AM EST. Two (silver/black) 128GB plus models were ordered together. First time ever not getting this phone on launch day, only thing I noticed was a $1 charge for each phone on my CC to validate the card is accepting charges.

Day 4 of Preparing for Shipment. 128GB plus Matte Black ATT order confirmation at 2:13 CST. I leave for London on Thursday for 2 weeks and its looking like I won't have it before I leave. Should have just taken my chances at the Apple store Friday.
Anyone else in the same situation with 4 days of PFS?

Same here...7+ matte 128 ATT, 3:14 AM eastern confirmation, went PFS on Thursday at around 2:00 PM, nothing since.

Apple will likely say everything is going as planned and everything is on track for the delivery dates stated...

This. I used the online chat last night and he basically read back what I've been reading in the order status page every 10 minutes since the 9th. The only added info was that he denied that later-placed orders were being shipped.

Over the weekend I moved to "Preparing to Ship", just got a text this morning for UPS My Choice saying 9/21/2016 delivery by end of day. Initial estimate was 9/23-9/27
